I noticed something about myself tonight. Whenever I know I'm about to have a really busy week, I'll get the urge to clean the house the Sunday before. For some reason, if I go into Monday with folded laundry, an empty dishwasher, mowed lawn, etc., I can handle the stress of the week more easily.

What about you?

Pretty much the same thing J_Hova said.

Masturbate or have sex with girlfriend.

Have a good breakfast at some point. I love breakfast and never get to have it. Even a steak, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich from McD's or a biscuit from Bojangles is a treat for me. Usually I have corned beef, fried eggs, and toast.

Pack the night before, have everything laid out and stuff. Stuff I try to do but don't always.

Make myself sleep.

Exercise vigorously beforehand.

If I'm really stressed I won't have coffee. Just lots of water. I'll usually take some fiber too.

Et cetera. I'm an anxious type so I have lots of little rituals.

slam random items around the house

close the filing cabinet loudly at work

when someone asks me what's wrong, respond, "That's the problem - see you DON'T know"

Drink a lot of coffee and daydream about a better life and then become emotionally involved with an escapist dream sequence.

same way i prepare for non stressful weeks: by remembering, when in doubt don't fuck shit up.
Also taking a big dump will help with stress. Get on that toilet girl

Sometimes if it's common knowledge that you're stressed, inexplicable calm can actually be more discerning to those around you and result in a form of encouragement.

For example, if everything is completely fucked, just smile and tell everyone not to worry.
