they spend money on something every offseason, i guess this is what they picked this time.

they are a little bit worn, it's a good change. hopefully they'll be more comfortable too.

They're not worn out, but they are worn. Better to replace them all and get some PR out of it than to replace the bad ones individually when people complain and have however many hundred seats be raggedy at any given time.
