it's just down the road from Duke Hospital and the campus.

I've only had the breakfast a few times, but the lunch is fan-freaking-tastic. Ate there a lot when I worked at Duke. They use a lot of fresh, local ingredients and have unique dishes.

For breakfast, the Maggie's Scramble is om nom nom. (breakfast only served till 10:30 )

If you happen to go for lunch instead, I recommend the Paula Rocks wrap or the Peppercorn burger.
