Anyone ever experienced this before? Essentially you fall asleep, usually after a night of drinking, with your arm hanging a certain way and the radial nerve becomes compressed against the humerus. You end up waking up and you experience wrist drop (can't extend the wrist) as well as numbness along the hand.
