ATTENTION EVERYONE: Today (4/21/2010) around 11am my Senegal Parrot "Nappy"/"Napoleon" flew out of my apartment & is lost. If anyone sees him, hears him, or heard someone say they saw an exotic bird let me know Thank you. [He has a green body, grey head, yellow chest & has a silver metal band around his foot]

A lot of times people keep the flight feathers because of their colors. My parents have a Sun Conure that is red, yellow, green and blue. The blue is only on the flight feathers so they have not clipped them. I personally hate it though because he comes to be whether I want him to or not when I visit.
