After doing my taxes this year and realizing what gets eaten up from people trying to run an innovative busness, I think I understand even more than ever why we arent creating busnesses and jobs here. Why would anyone want to even do that?

I support the idea that busness, thru innovations, do all the stuff that taxes do. They provide skills (like schools), and welfare (paychecks) and all that. Ive been running an innovative business this year and made profits which i had to turn over in my income tax forms. Why is that fare?

I watch a lot of British TV programming and I can tell you we are not alone in shunning the metric system. Sure, they are officially on the metric system, but by golly the people don't use it.
