The neti pot? I've got one and freaking love it. That thing will straight CLEANSE.

Studies show doing a pot of the stuff daily eliminates like 80% of allergy related problems. I usually do it like every other day unless I'm really being bothered. If you let it go for like a month or after a cold your snot gets like impacted and comes out brownish orange Got to be good to have that crap out.

I broke over and got a neti pot in an act of desperation last year. I am now a fan, though I don't do it very often. I like to see how long and disgusting I can make my snot string, before I look up in the mirror and laugh. I recommend against laughing while you pour stuff through your nose.
