I am going this Saturday. So excite. There are so many people on the guest list. I have never been to one but I hope to find a few new graphic novels that peak my interest.

I am gonna dress up as Master Chief for this Halloween

I think the market fundamentals are pretty good for a ROI on hot alt chicks with that getup

This is really weird ESP.

I was helping my parents move out of their house this morning. I ran across a Heroes Aren't Hard to Find bag. I used to hit that place up a few times a week when I was 10-11 (the Winston-Salem location).

I decided to Google to see if they were still around and the Charlotte location looks like the only one left. I checked out info on HeroCon.

tl;dr = TWW > Google

^ The Heroes in Winston changed to something else and is now Sailfish Comics. Pretty sure that is still open, but it never was the same

I went to HeroCon a few years ago and it was pretty cool. That year they had a section of internet people (which is the reason I went, I don't really read comics/graphic novels) and I met the guy from Perry Bible Fellowship, the Homestar Runner guys and the (now former) inker from Dr. McNinja among some others. Well worth it, I'm trolling the list now to see if I'm interested this year. I didn't realize it was this weekend.
