Bean sprouts are really good at making people sick. Was really confused when they were listed as a "contaminant" in my ServSafe class. Then I learned all the random shit that is commonly found on them and realized why you don't want them within spitting range of anything that isn't going to be cleaned and cooked before being served. 6/5/2011 6:06:04 PM |
