Square is the publisher of Tomb Raider? They must have done the CG too. While that trailer looks cool I really hate when they don't show any gameplay.

I don't even know how that would work...be playing your game with a controller and have to randomly wave at the screen. Seems like it would be annoying. Please do post any more Kinect updates, I can't watch anything here at work

I'm sure they could probably manage something like reading posture or facial expressions and translating that in game too

I never wanted kinect-based hardcore games but exactly what we are seeing: game enhancement. Forza4's head tracking is a great example. I thought hand gestures would be great for squad commands, especially in conjunction with voice. I mean tactical squads use hand signals for stuff so why not utilize them in a shooter? Loved Brother In Arms style of directing cover fire, flanking, etc so being able to literally point those actions out would be a nice option. Audibles/Hot Routes in Madden also make a ton of sense.

I just want to know more about the Live TV service coming this fall... potentially the biggest long term impact in entertainment.

It is Nintendo's conference to lose. They will be introducing the next generation console WITH playable games... showing new titles for the 3DS...and probably showing a lot of stuff about the new zelda...
Probably why they were picked to go after the other companies.

EA Just finished.

ME3 looks amazing, a lot more responsive than in the past.

Tricky should be interesting, its been a LONG time since we've seen that franchise.

No, Bungie is not making any more Halo games, Reach was the last one. Bungie is working on a new franchise as an independent developer. They haven't announced anything yet, but rumor is it will be called Destiny.

Halo 4 is being made by 343 Industries, which is a part of Microsoft. And yes, they are implying Halo 5 and Halo 6. Halo 4 will be for Xbox 460, but 5 and 6 could be for the next console.

If you guys have any other questions about the Halo stuff I know pretty much everything a fan could know at this point. I actually have some contacts within 343 Industries, but haven't gotten any inside info.

The new Legend of Zelda game for the WiiU game [from the 11 second clip I saw] looks good but I'm not sure how you are going to be able to use that giant controller as a sword if they are trying to incorporate motion control.

I don't think you're locked into using the new controller. They can easily make the game using the Wiimote, but maybe you pick up the new controller to do some puzzles or manage your inventory.

reading ign's blog, it actually looks like nintendo announced a string of hardcore mature ps3/xbox type games for the the new system but naming it the wii U still gives me a lot of doubts, I've been fooled by nintendo too many times

ass. creed, ghost recon online, darksiders, a new batman arkham game, tekken, not sure if all these are ports or if they are exclusives either but it does raise your eyebrows a bit
