Italian is so bland; much like mexican food, its only like 4 ingredients.

most of the "ethnic" food people are used to eating is very americanized. (not that there is anything wrong with that)

if indian food had some actual content in their meals then I would love them more, but its just flavor and air. I always seem to have to have an actual meal right after eating indian... or atleast go to an all you can eat indian buffet to fill up, but that's gonna take 2 hours.

^Although I love Indian I can't stand Indian buffets. I've become a spoiled snob with Indian food so unless it is cooked to order I don't like it

You need to hit up an Indian buffet that's tailored to Indians then.

I don't think I could pick. I love ethnic food. They all (imo) have so much more flavor and more interesting ingredients than American cuisine. Out of the ones in the title, Greek is probably my least favorite, though I love Greek. Probably Thai, Mexican, Indian, Italian, Greek. They are all super close though.

out of those, Indian, closely followed by greek.
traditional out of a truck mexican is pretty good
traditional thai and chinese also very good.

not a fan of the americanized versions of them all, they are alright but typically prefer the traditional versions.

"Doro Wot (Red Chicken Stew): One of the most popular dish of Ethiopia.

Measurements and Ingredients (serving for 10)

5-8 pounds of chicken drumsticks and thighs skinned and cleaned
8 large onions fine chopped
2 cup of vegetable oil
5 teaspoons minced or powder garlic
2 teaspoons minced or powder ginger
1/2 cup of authentic Ethiopian Berbere(more to make spicier)
1/4 cup of Paprika for redness
2 teaspoon Korerima
2 teaspoon Wot Kimem
2 teaspoon salt (as needed)
1-3 cup of water

Preparation Method:In large pot, simmer onion, garlic and ginger with vegetable oil till lightly brown. Add Berbere and Paprika, continue to simmer for about 15-20 minutes at low heat stirring occasionally by adding a touch of water as needed to avoid sticking. Add chicken and simmer until chicken is done while adding the remaining water as needed. Finish of simmering by add salt, Koreria, Wot kimem. Serve hot with Injera (Ethiopian flat bread made of teff)."
