Oh, I've seen them here in NC plenty of times since I started looking. I sort of assumed that it is a form of cloud-seeding or some type of aerosol testing. I usually stick to more documented theories, since most of the people are even refusing to acknowledge things that are no longer theory.

I don't believe it is nefarious as far as I can tell. Unless you call playing God/mother-nature to make it rain nefarious. Aerosol testing seems to have more to do with radiation. I doubt they really know the long-term effects of whatever they are using, but I don't think it's intentionally causing us harm.

I would have liked to see a real investigation instead of Bush Jr. appointing Lee Hamilton, who whitewashed Iran-Contra, as the head of the investigation.
