Absolutely LOVED this show. Started out slow, but really got going in the second half of the series. McQueen is one of the baddest motherfuckers in any show I've ever enjoyed.

It's really not fair to compare the two. Both are sci-fi but in different ways. I think the only thing I didn't like was the Vitroes stuff

Who Monitors the Birds might be the greatest episode of the whole series. It really marked the turning point for me when it went from just "good" to "excellent."

I just wish the end of the series had a bit more resolution... The tragic end worked surprisingly well (and I'm no fan of tragic endings), but I would have liked to know more about the final outcome of the war.

Supposedly the writers new the show was getting canned and chose to end it like they did. I miss this and earth 2... I might just go get either one off the DVD st.ack and watch some eps tonight
