Looking to purchase a car for my little sister, not really wanting to spend more than $5k. No real requirements as far as aesthetics (she may argue differently), but needs to run well and be safe for her to drive around on campus in Ohio with the occasional 4 hour drive back home...figured I'd give T-dub a shot.

Also, any recommendations for good used car places in the area are welcomed as I'm fairly new to the area.
