I regret not immediately using SAS on this project... I'm going to have to recode everything

also if your macro takes less than 6 hours to run, you're not trying hard enough

I recently finished an 8 month long project in Excel that has nearly 100 pages of code.

Crazy thing to do in Excel, but that's what they wanted...

I really really want to learn more about VBA...all I can do is record them right now. My company had a webinar on it, but I couldn't "attend", fortunately a coworker saved all the documents from it and sent them to me. I've been meaning to read over it when I get the chance

I am an excel VBA master. I've done 4 major 3-4 month projects entirely in VBA. It was as painful as it sounds, I love it for simple projects but it's not meant for thousands of lines of code.
