Started last week... I'm pretty sore... It's like I showed up to PT and everyone was armed with a 2x4 and just beat me down for about an hour.
Then after work, I went swimming for about 45 minutes.
So High joint impact for the first one, then low joint impact for the second one, but the muscles are still be worked...
Is my thinking alright? or is there any suggestions out there?
