I have an extra laptop that I never use now that I am done with grad school and I don't feel like messing with selling it because I wouldn't get that much for it. Anything I can use it for other than regular computing so that I could get some more use out of it? It has an HDMI output port so I can hook it up to a tv without any issues (not the best resolution but still works).

Any ideas?

Or if you're really feeling like a boss. turn it into a tabletop arcade cabinet!

Leave it on your coffee table for when you have to look up the random fact.

Give it to a poor person.

If you have an iphone/touch you can download logitech touch mouse server and app, both free, and use your device as a mouse and keyboard. I would assume something similar if not the same would exist on Android. Download boxee and hulu desktop and go have fun.
