Guy that worked for my company at a plant in TN got busted for child porn. He was a weird fucker and one of those types that you would imagine was into sick shit. Anyway he went to court and he and his dad tried to defend him. Their argument was that the US government had no jurisidiction over him and that the Constitution granted him the right to possess and view child porn. Yeah that argument failed miserably and that piece of shit is serving 5-20 now.
