Yes. I can almost dunk 15 years ago. But I don't do it often b/c most of the basketball boards in china are not that safe. I like hanging on the rim a lot.

I can't dunk...but can grab the rim on a good day, touch the rim on a normal day. I'm better at jumping with two feet and reaching with only one hand.

5'9" 170-175, FWIW.
