this will give me some ideas with mine. Ive got 2, one is the HD other is non.

The suction that I used on my rallycross vids is a few years old and holds very very well. Damn thing is sturdy as hell.

It would be neat to have an extension off the side. To see the whole body. Too much man butt. Hahahah

yeah yeah.. haha

well one cam is HD the other is not. i uploaded it from imovie and i think i may have set it Large in stead of Original because i didnt know how long it was going to take.

im curious to see the difference in quality.

this one was filmed with Go Pro HD starting at 0.41 and up. Didn't get to ride much this summer, so i did not get any additional footage with better riding or other POV. I have just about every mount they make, and chest mount seems to work best for motorcycle and bike riding. Good perspective and a lot less shake compared to vehicle-mount or even helmet-mount.

I also have some footage of karting at Summit Point (in a rainy weather however), still need to put something together from all those clips.

what mount did you use for karting? helmet clip?

i took my suction to rush hour, but no where to mount. and i dont want to put a sticky mount on a kart.

I called rush hour to ask if they allowed for mini-moto or minigp and they said you couldn't bring your own anything, besides helmets

^^i used chest strap mount with camera set at 720p/ 170 degree FOV, helmet mount (stickie) at 1080p/120 degree, and a suction cup mount to place it on the cart front fairing/side engine cowl. I remember the kart-mounted footage being too shaky to be much of a use, but i will check tonight and see if i can't post it.

GO Pro HD Her 2 is out. looks like it's basically adding more frame rates and Field of Views. EDIT: apparently sue to a better lens, sensor, and processor.

I'm not sure if they have an accessory kit specifically for that but the motorsports package has 3M adhesive mounts for flat and curved surfaces.

these are wide angle lenses so unless you're shooting shit 20' away, you don't wanna stick one on your gun

I had a spare motorcycle helmet that I mounted one of the months too. It'll be good for rush hour. No more borrowing others helmets

Visited VIR last weekend.

not sure why the camera rotates like it does. Could be bumper flexing or mount flex. Gotta find a better mount now. Top speed 142.

Thinking about getting a cam setup. Inspired by a supermoto vlogger Im currently watching, seems pretty interesting.

The setup he has I think is called a Swift? It has a handelbar mounted remote and mic that I think fits inside the helmet. Ive skimmed over the GoPro site but do any of their products have that capability?

^was wondering what made it cool.. then OH SHIT!!@

^^^^ man, cars have a way different line through 1-2-no-name. also are you traction limited going down roller coaster to need to lift before hog pen?

My camera is a Gopro. It's mounted to my helmet. You can see it in the rear view mirror.

What line do bikes take through horseshoe? I was pretty close there. I like to turn in too sharp though and end up early apexing it.

Yes even on r6's I am on traction limited in hog pen. I did 14 wrong on This video, I did not wait long enough to cut back left for 15. If I do it correctly, I am trail braking into 16 and then rolling back into the throttle through hog pen. I am at the top of third through hog pen, so usually I run all of rollercoaster in fourth to help get me out onto the straight.

on a bike, since the track is so wide, we take tight on 1 and stay out through no name and make 3 very late and very short. after 6/6a I lose track of numbers since I do VIR North 8:1 vs full
