Say I am starting from scratch with a website who's sole purpose is to allow users to login and post pictures which would be tagged with lots of different types of information ... in depth image tagging ... and then consequently allow logged in and non logged in users to sort through those images based on complex combinations of those tags ...... Say, I want to see all images which have been tagged with these 10 attributes ...
Also, users (logged in and not) should be able to do like a 5-star rating for the images.
It would be nice if facebook login was optional, to ease the registration burden, and allow people to import a profile automatically so as to not have to write up their own profile. The users who submit images may be professionals who would use this site to get clients based on their work submitted/rated.
What platform would support those basic features out of the box and is best designed for such a use?
Trying to not re-invent the wheel as much as possible, and there are so many CMS sites these days ... anyone have something perfect that they have used? 9/30/2011 2:42:14 PM |
