Not bad, but I usually buy a jug of Mobil 1 at Walmart for $24 and then get a Purelator oil filter for $6 at Advance...and those are just their regular prices. 10/11/2011 11:01:48 AM |

I seriously doubt you're getting synthetic oil for that price. 10/11/2011 12:25:20 PM |

These deals piss me off, as my car takes 6 quarts. So I pay something like $8 for that extra damn quart. 10/11/2011 3:59:15 PM |

Lol. The gf and my cars take 8.5 and 10 respectively. I just buy multiple oil change specials and save the filter.
Also, usually these specials usually exclude cartrage filters, but if you ask they will let you take one. 10/12/2011 9:25:11 AM |

Does this apply to the extended mileage (15,000 miles) oil? That is what I get. Screw changing every 5,000. 10/12/2011 3:29:32 PM |

I use Mobil 1 and change at roughly 8k. Or 6 months. At least on my car, 5000 is the factory interval for dino oil, so I'm comfortable going farther on good synthetic. 10/12/2011 4:44:05 PM |

So I saw this ad, and remembered it's oil change time. Seeing the prices, I went to walmart. They don't stock SAE5-40.
