This is big news. ShareFile already employs nearly 100 people in the Raleigh area, and this acquisition is certain to ramp up growth in an already rapidly growing company. It'll be interesting to see how things develop over the next couple of years.

We use ShareFile, it's pretty slick, and has nice outlook plugins.
