Is it just me or is Wikipedia loading slower and not in its usual rendered format over the last few weeks?

I'm currently running Firefox 7.0.1, but even on IE everything is displayed in basic wordpad text without the usual background and side scroll links that accompany the Wikipedia pages.

i've cleared da cache. in fact, i'm using a brand new computer i've had less than a week and it's the same issue.

Make sure that you haven't somehow disabled the stylesheets.
