Almost 8 years later and we are still in the middle of court cases about this shit? I guess justice should take as long as it needs to take, but there never seems to be any standard of speed for certain types of cases.

My former employer filed for bankruptcy protection in Feb 2009 and some folks are just now receiving checks. It should take a month tops to figure out all the liabilities. Another ~6 months to liquidate the capital. And then another month to determine payouts.
