A lot of HOAs have regulated the number of cars allowed to be parked on the road to limit the number of students who live there.

You'll see parking passes in a lot of the trailwood area subdivisions as well.

It's in the Camden Crossing community, each townhouse gets 3 parking passes, then there's street parking and a parking lot by the pool for guests.
