I'm month to month but found a place I will be moving into the middle of the month. I'd hate to pay a month (January) to just let this place sit empty, so I'll pay half ($400) of the January rent as an incentive to anyone that can move in January 1st.
$800 a month with security deposit and first month rent due at signing. Landlord is a really nice guy who has never come over without advanced notice and has fixed any issues within 24 hours.
2BR/2.5BA. Fireplace, deck with wooded view, both bedrooms same approx. size. Ample storage space (2 extra closets plus a huge attic). Carpets mostly throughout (except bathrooms, kitchen and foyer). Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room. W/D included. Big living/dining room area. Very bright bedroom and kitchen.
Well maintained and in better condition than other Falcon Ridge units I've seen. Dogs and I assume cats are allowed.
Wolfline and Cat bus stops are within 50 yards or so.
Townhouse is on the "quiet side". If you come down Gorman towards Avent Ferry and take a right on Kaplan, the townhouse is on the right side. Also my neighbors are very quiet and respectful, but tolerant of late hours and noise. Never had a single issue with them.
