And, I am looking for a responsible roommate who has similar goals in terms of housing. Need to find a roommate ASAP since I don't want to spend my winter break snowboarding!

- Room in 2BR/1 bathroom house; 10 X 14 feet
- Brick house with a good heating system/AC
- Large back yard & Front porch (with maintenance service)
- Dryer & Washer & Refrigerator & Kitchen Table
- Wooden floors
- All appliances in good working conditions
- Three parking spots available for the house

Location:
- Walking distance from NCSU, Hillsborough St. and Cameron Village
- Nice and safe area next to Rose Garden and Amphitheater, at the end of the small street

Price&Lease:
- $360 (rent) + $80-125 (all utilities and Internet) / month each person
- Deposit $360
- Lease can be signed for 5 or 12 months starting in January 2012.

Other:
- Landlord is a reliable and responsive guy.
- I don't have any pets, but I'm fine with them as long as you take care of them
- Currently, I don't have furniture outside my room, so there is a plenty of place for yours
