^^yeah the last episode of The Walking Dead was perhaps the best one since the pilot, it will be interesting to see if it improves now that Frank Darabont is no longer involved at all.

^haha, I couldn't even make it through the 2 minute promo

Wait Cougar Town is coming back? I thought I read where it went from midseason to not showing at all this year. I'm really hoping it comes back, really enjoyed that show. PENNY CAN!

^ABC left it off the midseason schedule, but then told Deadline it's coming back in March after Work It finishes it's run. We're only getting 15 episodes instead of 22 but whatever.

"Napoleon Dynamite "

I saw the commercial for that and lolled. Not because it looked funny but because I knew that somebody somewhere thought Napoleon Dynamite would make a good cartoon. I'm not gonna lie, I liked the movie a lot, even after all that "Vote for Pedro" stuff got popular, but I just can't imagine why they thought it was a good idea to make a cartoon out of a movie that came out 8 years ago and has already been parodied to death.

Work It premieres tonight, if you hate yourself enough you could watch that. There's also a new episode of Frontline (PBS' excellent documentary series) called "Opium Brides" which looks pretty cool.

"“Lilyhammer,” follows New York mobster Frank “The Fixer” Tagliano as he enters the federal witness protection program after ratting on his boss. A sports fan, Frank wants to make his new life in Lillehammer, the Norwegian town that hosted the 1994 Winter Olympics – or as he calls it “Lilyhammer.” Frank has visions of a paradise of “clean air, fresh white snow and gorgeous broads” far away from the temptations of the Big Apple and from mob hit men. Reality, of course, turns out to be spectacularly different.

All eight first season episodes of “Lilyhammer” will be available on February 6 so Netflix members can enjoy the series by streaming over the Internet to connected TVs, tablets, game consoles, computers and mobile phones. "

The trailer for that looked pretty damn good iirc.

neither of those shows will. frankly the network ratings will continue to be the same for the foreseeable future in my opinion. Though, if NBC could only string together a few good shows they would not be far from overtaking an American Idol-less FOX when that time comes.

not going to lie...I actually enjoyed most of Are You There Chelsea?. I'll be interested to see the ratings.

Did not watch Whitney as its lead in, in fact I never plan to watch Whitney again.

and jeez, Happy Endings continues to get better and better each week. It's starting to become one of my top shows all around

"The new day/time for Whitney drew a 2.1 adults 18-49 rating at 8pm, up 11% from its last telecast on December 8 (at 9:30p on Thursday, following a new episode of The Office). The debut of Are You There, Chelsea? drew a 2.3 adults 18-49 rating. "

Hopefully they will both drop significantly against Idol next week so we can get a Community/Bent Wednesday block sooner rather than later.
