I'm looking for the smallest possible good printer. Anybody have any recommendations?

But seriously, we talking black and white, color, 8x11 size? what are your requirements than it being a small printer.

yea, has to print 8.5x11, doesn't have to do color

small and good that's all

Define tiny. I have a HP laserjet p1006 (~$80-100) and it's lasted forever.

It's 13.4 x 8.8 x 7.2in so it's a little wider and taller than what you were asking for though it is also a little shallower. The paper tray does take up more space, but can be folded up when not in use.
