Post artists and then other people post artists that are like those artists. All are welcome. Snobbery discouraged unless it's clever. k!

I'm looking for some stuff similar to:

Fuck Buttons (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-Zx23MpDrM)
M83 ala Couleurs and their older albums (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wrv0F-WTio4)

Don't look up more videos or listen to shit buy the actual space ghost cowboys records. Aaron is affiliated with a bunch of other shit that uses different versions of the same songs but its really just not as good as SPG - Porcupine. This video however is the first album - there aint a damn video of the second album on youtube

FUCK YEAH found some http://amacioproductions.blogspot.com/2010/10/space-ghost-cowboys.html
Sun King is probably my favorite song by any band right now. The Crow and the steed rocks as well as

She's the (main) female vocalist in Doomtree which more notably has P.O.S., who is also ridiculously good. Their style is technically alternative hip hop, whatever that means, but they use a lot of spoken word and sound a little like the crosstown friends in Atmosphere.

Doomtree - Little Mercy

And some quality P.O.S.

P.O.S. - Goodbye

P.O.S. - Purexed

P.O.S. - P.O.S. Is Ruining My Life

If the guitar in the last one sounds familiar, that's because it's from Underoath's "It's Dangerous Business Walking Out Your Front Door." I saw him when I was a freshman in high school and was so confused why he was opening up for Underoath of all bands.

+1 for the Doomtree collective especially if you like "conscious" hip hop or [with P.O.S.] hip hop with a punk/hardcore influence

I think it's because they lose a bit of the personal quality when they work together. P.O.S. has rapped about his mother, his evolving racial identity, and his political beliefs. Dessa has talked about passed relationships, fictional stories, and her little brother. When they get together, it's difficult to reconcile their different foci/styles.
