Here's the scoop: I gotta frankenstein me a box to run Autodesk Inventor on, and I have damn near NO money to do it with.

Lemme know what you got, and what you want for it. I'll also look at swapping car work for parts.

Ive got an old amd box you can have, radeon 2900 gfx, amd dual core processor(I think its an Athlon 64 2.x Ghz but im not sure) 4gigs of ram, 850 watt silverstone power supply and msi mother board, didnt see a model number on quick inspection but i could boot it to setup and see whats on it if your interested.

Disclaimers:
Its durty, definitely an air compressor job unless you have a case of those air cans
Its been years since i booted it, but it worked last time i tried
Optical and Hard drives have been removed and put in my new machine
Case is HUGE, 2' tall x 2.5' long and maybe 10" wide
There is a pci wifi card but I dont have the driver cd

I never had autocad or autodesk on it but it ran 3ds max 7 like a champ back in the day

Im not really looking for money for it since i cant guarantee any of the parts but if youll just listen to the rattle in my engine and tell me how worried I should be (this might be a good time to stop ignoring it) Id be very appreciative.

Ill be leaving town Monday so if you want it and can get it before then that would be good since im not sure when ill be back

Hydracool Water cooled Single Core overclocked 3.2GHz (iirc) P4, 1Gb Memory, ATI wonder video card (can't recall model off the top of my head), Antec case, ~100Gb Harddrive, Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse. Still runs like a champ! Just flushed the coolant too. I remember when this computer was top 5% benchmark about 9 years ago. Fresh copy of Windows XP. Heck, I might put this bad boy up for sale now...
