I haven't put it to full use in a while, but when I gave it a spin the other day, all of the mechanisms worked and the pedals flowed well

I didn't check out the battery powered display or the heart rate sensors

What kind of programs does it have? I like to do a 12-14 mile hill course, but not too steep on the inclines.
