with Time Warner Cable?

I can't for the life of me log in from home, it keeps timing out and it been like this every since at least Saturday when I tried to log in. I logged in to the website from work yesterday without any problem whatsoever.

I guess I should try unplugging the Modem to see if that helps.

Nope, works for me.

In related news: my service dropped from a steady 30/5 to 18/5 last night ... then after an excessive web-chat with their tech online, who told me to unplug the Ubee modem (that I've never intentionally power cycled in the past year or so) for 30 seconds and plug it back in, it magically it worked again. He said he "adjusted some signal strengths" and wouldn't tell me anything else. Whatever.

I've been having mad problems with my Ubee router/modem this week. Ever since they came out to "fix" mine, I've had to reset the router about 8 times since last Friday. I think I might just have to call support soon, which I hate doing because they talk to you like you're an idiot.

I unplugged my router, let it reset, and plugged it back in and it worked fine every since then.
