We priced it higher than what we will get for it, because no one ever pays asking price. Note the OBO.

Also, there are a couple of things that even I think are (way) overpriced, but my husband priced those. I'm not going to change them for now, that's his deal.

And sorry, but the filing cabinet was $250 when we bought it last year. It's solid wood. $30 is severely lowballing.
