4 furnished bedrooms each with private bath available for Female Students in 4 Bedroom / 4 Bathroom condo at University Commons on Wolfline bus route #9 that is fully furnished, custom decorated, and well-maintained. All appliances including TV by landlord. Dishes, cookware, couches, and dining furniture provided. No smoking and no pets allowed. $350 per month rent per bedroom. Separate 12 month leases for each room. Utility bills to be shared equally between 4 co-tenants. Bed and writing table in each bedroom.
