Are you looking just for 440 on the south side of Raleigh? Or are you also looking North Raleigh? There's a really nice townhome in your range in North Raleigh listed just a few threads down.

check out the villages of tryon.

I live there now. If I knew I was going to move this summer I'd sell you my place.

we own a townhome in north raleigh right off of 540, and it is definitely in your price range, 110k I think is what they are now. 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. the entire third floor is a master suite. breezewood is the neighborhood and they are building two more buildings. they have also built a unit right outside of breezewood called fallsford, dont know much about them though.

Look in renaissance park where tryon meets 401.

Some really nice brand new builds in your price range.

Beautiful up and coming neighborhood with a nice pool and gym.
