I have stayed in this actual condo for 2 years in undergrad. Mrs. G is a good landlord and the place is kept clean (if the one guy still is living in there) Good deal, way to save money, etc. Just have to be clean and you should be good. Anyone have questions can ask me as well!

Per the property management's rules, no.

Per your landlord's rules and if you want to risk getting caught by the property management, maybe.

FWIW, lots of people had pets when I lived there; never heard of anyone getting caught.

when I lived there, we had a large boxer, never got in trouble, but did have mnmgt ask about it a few times....manager then was pretty slack tho so never followed thru with anything
