something relatively simple, hookups for phone, cable and ethernet

i'm thinking you can get something decent for like $50?

am i off in looking for this with these specs? if i just got a waterproof PVC enclosure, would the relevant phone/cable/internet companies put their own connections into it?

if you're talking about the external part it might be best to call the phone/cable co and see what their specs are or if they'll install it themselves

I forgot who sources the NIDs and such for CenturyLink, but I found the company that makes their DSL Filters at one point...just lost the info.

And Shaggy is right. The telecom company in your area is typically responsible for getting services to your building (aka demarcation point). You rarely are ever required to provide this as a customer.
