^^You think you know? If you have watched BB After Dark or the live streams it is pretty clear not only who is in the final two but who probably will win.

^I think Britney or Shane will win it. I don't think Janelle was on long enough.

ok, "think" was not a strong enough word. I know who is in the final 2. And knowing that, I know who will win.

And I could see Shane getting it, not so sure I could see Britney. Definitely not Janelle.

^you dont "know" who will be in the final 2 as they could be lying to each other. but you are most likely correct

i also think you are underestimating the number of people who will vote for the hot chicks

seriously? i know america as a whole is completely retarded, but ian is just a giant bitch who flaps around the house like an aspie. frank deserves it more than anyone

and btw, i think the winning coach would've gotten $100K, not $50K.

^ you are right, it was $100k. But I still stand by my theory. $50k is better than $0

And I think we all agree that Frank deserves it, but that doesn't mean he will get it. All reality shows that come down to a text vote always lead to disappointment.

it might be clear for the moment, but things can always change.

^^ ian is very popular. people like his quirkiness and consider him an underdog. but the coaches have huge established fan bases, so i wouldn't be surprised to see britney or janelle win.

i'd say the top 4 are probably ian, janelle, britney, and frank. i would be surprised if ian doesn't take it.

I really can't decide who I think is gonna win America's Choice this year. I don't think Janelle was popular enough this year to get it. I'd say that it will probably be Britney, with Frank in second place. Not that I think they're gonna reveal the second place person, but I think that's how it will be.

Of course it could be some curveball and Danielle or Shane win it.

BB could be a HUGE money earner for Ian. Boogie gave him money (I don't remember how much) in one of the coaches challenges, and he got some money (again, I don't remember how much) when he opened Pandora's Box. He could potentially win BB AND win the Viewer's Choice. I'd have to do some research, but if that plays out I think he would be the highest money earner in BB history.

Not to mention each contestant gets a stipend of $750 a week.

dan won 520k in his season. he got 20k for completing the "america's player" tasks throughout the season.

i don't think the final two can win america's favorite though. i think it'll go to the next highest vote-getter. i could be mistaken.

how does ian say he formed the quack pack? that was hilarious and somewhat delusional.

dan should have turned around and punched ian when he was chirping at him in the chairs.

I really wanted to bitchslap Ian every time he opened his mouth on this episode. If he said that he controlled his own fate in the game one more time I was going to throw my remote through my TV. That kid started off as likable, in a feel-bad-for-the-retard-virgin-with-no-friends kind of way, but ended up actually believing most of the bullshit that he was spewing.

dan was deserving of the win too, but i'm glad ian got it.

I get why Ian won, with Dan backstabbing 6 of the 7 jury members, but it really is a shame. Dan played better than anyone has ever played on BB. Especially with the target on his back constantly. And Ian was delusional about what he did. But bitterness by the jury led to Ian winning. At least Dan won 50K.

My favorite part was after Ian won watching Ashley run up to hug him like he is her soulmate. With an extra $500,000 in the bank he may now be...

playing a ruthless game like dan played isn't brilliant. sure, it gets you to the end. but he should know by now that juries won't give you the votes with that kind of gameplay. no matter how awesome it is watching it on tv.

it's more brilliant than getting evicted. 50k > 0

i, too, thought the best player(dan) didn't win

^ exactly. I don't think that Dan actually expected to win with all the blood he had on his hands, he was just trying to manipulate his way to $50k. I mean he even gave Ian his Grandfather's cross as "collateral" in the final HOH. I just can't believe that Danielle was so brainwashed all the way to the end. If she would have taken him out when she had the chance, she would more than likely been in the final 2 and guaranteed at least $50k. Now she's got shit.

Danielle just looked pissed off the entire episode. How awkward was the hug / kiss when Danielle & Shane met each other out of the house...it was like she went in for a kiss & Shane was just going for a friendly hug...awkward...need a clip of that.

I was happy with either Dan or Ian winning..was pulling for Dan & was kind of surprised they gave it to Ian, but either way they both were deserving...at least Danielle nor Shane won because neither deserved it.

I disagree. Had Dan managed to win the final HOH, he would've taken Danielle, and he would've won.

Also, I hate the fact that the final HOH competition was "how did the jury member answer this random question". Assuming this is supposed to test how well they got to know the members of the jury during the season, it would be much better to ask about some obscure aspects of their personal life, rather than how they would answer some random question. They don't always give the answer that you would expect, so there's a lot of luck involved.

I just got finished watching the finale, but I have to say that I am PISSED that Dan lost. And he only got one vote? What the hell? Even at the meeting of the jury a lot of them admitted that he played the best game.

No need for the tude. Just pointing out that of course BB would edit the shit to make it look like Dan had a chance, knowing full well that the odds were definitely against him.

I wish Dan would have won, but that's the way the game is played.

You have to walk a fine line between getting to the end, and not ticking off everyone so they don't vote for you.

Just like I mentioned earlier in the thread, it is the exact same thing that happened to Russell on Survivor... He backstabbed his way to the end, but then everyone was so ticked that they ignored his gameplay and voted on emotions..

Just the way it is I guess. I wish they would have a longer reunion type thing at the end.

It really is annoying how they talk all show long about "social game" and how it is so important, yet then someone like Danielle who won a decent amount of competitions but made it mostly on her social game gets completely shit all over by the jury, despite the fact that Dan made it there almost purely on his social game, just in a different way.

I'm hoping next season is another "all stars" season. The last one they did was great, and there have been enough seasons since to put together a solid cast

I don't think so, the last two seasons have effectively been mini all star seasons. I think they need an all new cast with twists involving them, not new people. Maybe something like each week everyone is secretly given the name of another house guest and if that person is voted out then you win 10k. Could be interesting to mess with everyones motivations in that way.

But they will probably do an all stars for 1mil.

yeah, to draw another comparison (They are both on CBS), Survivor has been doing that as well with regards to pulling in old players and mixing them with new ones...

It definitely helps bring in viewers because it is usually a fan favorite or a good player.
I've also never seen a season when they did this in which one of the returning players didn't make it to the end or at least the final 4.

That to me is the problem. I would be fine with maybe some sort of rejects season, bring in all the people who got taken out in the first 1-3 rounds. The problem with bringing in fan favorites is they hold way too much power in the house and that ruins the game.

I heard that it's too expensive to produce those, so they are unlikely to have another all stars season because Big Brother hasn't been getting high enough ratings for the past few years. They're supposedly just going to keep what they're doing and bringing back a few old players every year.

Which I kind of don't like. The house is off balance with that sort of set up. I would love so much to see an all stars season. It has been, what, like 8 years since the last one?
