It's possible that there's something important in there, but I'm not watching a 32 minute long video to find out.
Also, WTF is that guy thinking with his hair? 8/5/2012 9:58:28 AM |

I thought the same thing (about his hair) looks like he is stuck in the 1970s. But I still have my respect for the man. 8/5/2012 12:16:34 PM |

I listened to the video, and it was convincing...
until it got to NDAA. It looks like Romney's support of the NDAA is the only real basis for the accusations of the illegal indefinite detention camps.
I'm not saying it's constitutional, just that many politicians support that NDAA.
If it were the case that Romney was clearly associated with the Ponzi scheme, that would be something meaningful. But he obviously doesn't have any concrete evidence linking him, or else he would have presented it. He's definitely firing all the ammunition he's got. 8/6/2012 12:35:55 PM |

This is the "second" video and he said there is going to be a "third video".
Personally, i didn't catch the first.
But I do recall him saying he is going to put out a third video with more detailed evidence.8/6/2012 1:37:56 PM |

But of what point? If Romney was actually outed on participation in a Ponzi scheme, that would be a huge national event that would turn the the national presidential election on its head.
But this deal about a government cartel building detention centers to hold American citizens who are political opponents of the powerful without due process - we all already knew about that, so what's there to prove?8/6/2012 2:28:45 PM |

Let's be clear here: An issue is only a big issue if the media says it is.

Richard Gilbert The Court has Ruled. We have a ruling that States the Court believes it is possible to state a claim that The Voting Rights Act (vote your conscience) may apply to The Convention. The Court requires an Amended Complaint to state the claim. We will both file an Amended Complaint as well as file An Appellate Writ at the same time to seek the guidance of both Courts. 8/7/2012 6:40:09 PM |

Richard Gilbert Throughout the ruling, disguised in legal language, the Judge is clearly saying he thinks we can win. People will not understand because it will confuse them that the motion is granted, but, the Judge went on to say "without prejudice to plaintiffs" which means our case is quite alive.

Looks like Judge Carter has granted the RNC's motion to dismiss but WITHOUT PREJUDICE... meaning that they may still be in violation of the Voting Rights Act of 1971.
Below is the Ruling Issued by Judge Carter 08-07-2012
"For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss. However, the Court dismisses WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Court will afford Plaintiffs a thirdand final opportunity to attempt to sufficiently plead a violation of Section 1971(b) of theVoting Rights Act.See Schreiber Distributing Co. v. Serv-Well Furniture Co., 806 F.2d 1393,1401 (9th Cir. 1986).Because the Court grants Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss, the Court also DENIESPlaintiffs’ Ex Parte Application to Expedite Trial [16].Plaintiffs shall file an amended complaint, if at all, on or before August 20, 2012.DATED: August 7, 2012 __________________________________ DAVID O. This guy has absolutely nothing. Without prejudice just means that there is a big enough political will with the people to have it heard. They've made an official statement on its legitimacy, and it got dismissed. It's more to make this guy go away than anything. He'll get an appeal and it will get denied and that will be the end of it. 8/7/2012 10:27:10 PM |

Federal Case Update - We have tentatively won the case on the historic law. The RNC is now engaged in delay tactics. To counter, I am filing an Appellate action tomorrow to seek an Appellate Order requiring the Judge to rule prior to the convention. Yes, I said we have tentatively won the case on the historic law

It just means there's going to be a ruling coming soon from the court case against the RNC, and while everything we've ever done comes back negative, this one has a small chance of making history. stay tuned 8/30/2012 4:08:30 PM |
