There are several ways to defeat flex cuffs, to include a pretty quick and easy way that will work even behind your back, depending on some of your attire.

...and handcuffs are very easy to pick if you practice it a little.

Haha, I didn't realize the video was just showing how to break zip ties. That is even easier than he makes it look...can be out of those in about 2 seconds (and there are a couple of potential ways to defeat them even behind your back)
