gayrage thoughts....

- I buy cat converter on ebay 7/22, it ships (1) day after transaction and i get on 7/24.
- open box, the ceramic is busted from an apparrent factory defect.
- call the place to notify the issue and ask what the remedy is... RGA form, send back on my dime, they will exchange (frequent happening with the cheap ones from what guy said)
- Shipped it back with the RGA form, Someone signed for it at their place on 7/27....
- I called on 8/2, "we only do returns on fridays"...
- called yesterday durign the day, guy said he would get on it and email me
- 430pm today and still nothing... negative feedback given.
- if I dont hear anything from them tomorrow I'm going to file a claim.

I could have asked for a return and bought another one that same day... and it would have been at my house on 7/31 (VA to NC). what gives!

updates? He had me buy a converter from the same folks to get him running, I had mine in had in 2 days, he still ain't got shit.........

yeah, after doing an RGA for an exchange I decided to scratch that and ask for a refund. I emailed them, and they replied after a few days to verify my info.....



then nothing
