I have a FOSCAM that I am running to view a fish tank. I setup the port on my router and a no-ip setup. But it seems that I can only see the camera on my own network (I can see the camera just fine when browsing at home, but not when I am away from the house at all on cell or other networks).

no-ip: http://wolfpack06.no-ip.org/

Any ideas?

What port on your router?

What do you mean you set it up? You set up port forwarding? Added firewall trigger?

I am using port 80

I have setup port forwarding for port 80 to work when I use

http://(myipaddress):80

And that is what http://wolfpack06.no-ip.org/ looks at

put it up on 8088 with a no-ip redirect. cox.net blocks port 80
