No. Offsides is not a dead ball penalty. It's a "free play" for the offense.

The only one where that can be said was the one people were blaming Amerson and it was Bishop's fault. Other than that, he got legitimately burnt on two TDs, quit playing on the offsides call that allowed the 3rd, jumped offsides on the FG attempt that led to a 4th, and was one of like 5 guys in the secondary that allowed Dorsette to get behind them on the last play.

I just figured that's what TOB and company did... coach against natural talent. RW was amazing early on then TOB tried to turn him into a pocket passer and he regressed. TOB: Making the players fit a system instead of tailoring a system to the talents your players already have.

But I'm just making stuff up so whatever.

I think he does most likely end up at safety. He's great at making plays on the ball and he's got the size for it and a decent tackler. He just doesn't have the coverage skills to play man in the NFL very succesfully.

And I agree that as a safety, he's most likely a 2nd rounder.

If someone takes him in the 20's they have most likely decided they think he can play CB
