Bought this stuff on a lark to fix some chips after seeing the ad in Autoweek. Supposed to be here next week, but wanted to know if anyone here had used it.
Yes, I watched the youtube vids of it but they're not the best quality. 9/30/2012 1:13:38 PM |

I've used it on an F430 and a Highlander. Both worked well. The F430 turned out very well ( he chipped his gas cap door) and the Highlander turned out ok.
Better than the paint pens imo. 9/30/2012 1:39:46 PM |

I have used it.
The key is using multiple applications over the course of time. Layering makes it look very good. The paint is usually spot on, but if you have a chip/ding, you will need to apply multiple layers/solution 10/1/2012 10:19:07 AM |

I tried it and it didn't work (victory red color for chevy). The paint would just rub off when I went to buff it out/remove excess. 10/1/2012 2:34:30 PM |

Sounds like you didn't clear over it?
Langka worked well for me because I did layer the paint and it excels at removing the raised "blob." 10/1/2012 2:46:40 PM |

I'd rather have a Porsche. All the press I read on Ferraris makes it seem like they're run by a bunch of jerks. 10/1/2012 9:57:16 PM |

seems to be key - i put one layer on two small chips and the paint is a perfect match, but as he said it doesn't fill up the chip unless you put multiple layers.
also noticed a few small chips the previous owner tried to fill in and did a shit job of 10/7/2012 1:33:06 PM |

Well, I ordered some Langka and an OEM touch-up pen the other day for the Z06; we'll compare results when I'm done. 10/7/2012 7:15:13 PM |
