Yeah but I never really saw Thea becoming Speedy just because she had the nickname. Maybe it was an idea they were throwing around during the pilot stages to gain interest. This show is really starting to throw a lot of other DC characters at you leaving a lot of possibilities for the future.

I'm excited for Red Arrow. I'm not liking the fact that too many people know who Green Arrow is. It's going to come back to bite him in the ass. Most likely Tommy will be the one to blab or give him up.

I watched the first two episodes but didn't have time for the rest. Today, I watched the third episode and am watching the fourth now. I think the show is composed well in terms of supporting characters and their storylines, and I don't really care about it not being faithful to the comics. It's interesting enough on its own.

But fuck Felicity Smoak. What an awful character, and her actress plays her even more obnoxiously.

Yeah, Tommy seems kinda whiny lately. Eventually him or his dad will have to die so only one Merlyn remains.

I wish they'd focus more on the island in some of these eps. The good news is I read there will be some island only episodes next season.

If you haven't seen The Raid you should do so. That hallway fight scene was definitely a throwback to that.

Great show. Looking forward to seeing Tommy taking over for his dad at the end as that seems to be clearly where its headed.

Agreed. I did not expect this show to do well and thought it was just an attempt to fill the Smallville void for CW. I've been impressed with the character development and the back stories on the island. I will definitely stick around for season 2.
