I have a sublease available at Campus Edge beginning in January.
You can choose from any available room on the property, including 1, 2 or 3 bedroom.
Rent is all inclusive including water, cable, internet and electricity.
I would be willing to pay for your upfront fees which would be $200.
Each room is leased individually, so you would only be responsible for your part of the rent. There is also walk in closets in every room, as well as private bathrooms!
