I have one unit empty that has recently been painted and remodeled. It is ready for a group of 4 at 1300 but leases are individual. Bueller?! Anyone is there something wrong with university woods now? Price is right? Only better deal is lake park and that place has a ton of foreclosures and problems. Or maybe everyone on wolf web is just Set up. I just assumed there would be some needs or inquires, especially at end of the semester. Fill me in on any news or info on woods if there is any.

Y'all are describing lake park tho right? Rent there is only 250 per bedroom and it does have section 8 folks. U woods doesn't have any section 8. I mean its not university house but its also not 550 per bedroom right? Guess I need to advertise in technician, maybe tww is mostly alums now.

Squeaky stairs should have been fixed about 3 years ago, or substantially improved.

I was on the HOA there for 8 years, and am on the HOA again currently.
We spent a substantial amount of money adding a 3rd stringer to every set of stairs to increase the rigidity and reduce the noise they made.

There is def no section 8 problem. More than half the properties are run by Preiss who will not rent to section 8. Anyway it seems to me u woods is best place to live under 400.
