I love it, hardly ever use more than one per day but it absolutely kills my appetite which is my downfall when trying to lose weight.

No, it's not that dangerous, as long as you don't abuse it. If you don't handle stimulants well, or have heart/blood pressure problems; I would stay away from it.

The typical dosage is 25mg ephedrine + 200mg of caffeine together. The two compounds synergize to maximize fat burning more so than the two alone. I would start with a half dosage of both if it's your first time and titrate depending on how you respond.

Don't misinterpret me. It's not "light", you will feel noticeably different. Very energetic, loss of appetite, and hot (you will sweat more). Your metabolism gets knocked up by about 5-10%. Do not take 8-12hours before you plan on going to bed, as you will not be tired at all.

^^^No, they're prescription asthma meds. Much better for weight loss than crank. Meth also is notorious for rebound weight gain for months after you stop; other drugs with amphetamine structures aren't nearly as bad about this.
